We do not authorize distribution or resale outside India unless explicitly permitted. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws when accessing our Services.

All content on this website — including text, images, product descriptions, recipes, graphics, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of My Pickle.

All orders are processed in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment must be made in full before shipment.

6. Returns & Refunds
As our products are homemade food items, we do not offer returns once the seal is broken.
Refunds may be issued only for damaged or incorrect deliveries, verified within 48 hours of receipt with proof (photo/video).
7. Limitation of Liability
My Pickle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services or products.
All products are made in compliance with FSSAI standards (License No. 22824080000364), using safe and natural ingredients.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.
