Thank you for choosing My Pickle. We take great care in preparing and packaging every jar with love and hygiene. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange under the terms outlined below.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how you can cancel or seek a refund for products purchased from My Pickle.
Order Cancellations:
Cancellations will only be accepted within 3 days of placing the order. Once the order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellations cannot be processed. You may, however, choose to reject the order upon delivery.
Perishable Items:
Since our pickles are homemade and perishable, we cannot accept cancellations once dispatched. Refunds or replacements are only possible if the product is proven defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery at mypickle25@gmail.com with photos or a video of the unboxing process. After verification, an exchange or refund will be processed as applicable.
Refund Timelines:
Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 working days via the original payment method.
Return Policy
We offer exchanges within 3 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
The product must not be from a sale or promotional offer.
Only products found defective or damaged are eligible for replacement.
Please note: Certain categories of products (like opened jars or tampered seals) are non-returnable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email regarding approval. Approved returns will be processed promptly as per our policy.
How to Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at mypickle25@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs will be reimbursed by us if the return is due to product damage or error on our part.
Video Verification for Damaged Returns
To verify damaged products, customers are required to submit a video recording of the unboxing showing the package condition and defect clearly. This helps us ensure authenticity and process your exchange or refund faster.
Exceptions
Items with opened seals or tampered packaging cannot be exchanged.
Sale items are final and not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and your location. You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct during checkout, as My Pickle will not be responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect information.
